From Preapproved to Clear to Close | A Breakdown of What to Expect

PHASE 1

GET PREAPPROVED

It's never too early to start talking preapproval. There’s no charge and no commitment to get preapproved. To get started is easy. You’ll begin your loan application and provide some detail about employment, income, and assets to your loan officer for preliminary review.

PHASE 2

THE MAGIC MIDDLE.

This is where all of the good stuff happens. We’ll stay in close communication as you work with your realtor to find your perfect home. We’ll create a game plan for which loan program makes best sense for your budget. I’ll keep you in the loop as your loan is processed to make sure you’re in the know of every last detail.

PHASE 3

LET’S GO! YOU’RE CLEAR TO CLOSE.
